Progress Reports
We will be sending out Progress Reports via email on a specified date in the middle of a given quarter. You will be notified what those dates will be.
There are two things you need to check prior to the progress reports being sent out.
Make sure your grades are up-to-date in your gradebook. Like report cards, I will pull your gradebook grades on the designated date/time to the Progress Report section of your gradebook.
In the Progress Report section of the gradebook, you may enter comments either by using the standard comment library or by entering your own. Click HERE and go to Step 3 to learn about how to use the comment library. To get to the Progress Report section
Go to your Gradebook in FACTS.
On the far right side, click Report Card.
At the top, click the PROGRESS REPORT tab.
Enter your comments in the appropriate spot. Use your own language or select the number(s) from the comment library.

Type in your comments if you wish.
Click the Key button at top right to view the Comment Codes.
Choose the VERBIAGE ONLY! This is different than with Report Cards. Sorry!
Do not forget to hit Save at the bottom or your comments will disappear.
