Family Directory

Staff Access to Family Directory 

The FACTS family directory is accessible through the Family Portal. Staff with children at the school can view it as a parent. However, staff with no children at school will need to do one of the following to view the Family Directory

View Directory Reports

1. In FACTS, go to Report Manager

2. Click Directory

3. Choose one of the directory reports. I personally like the Family Directory (2 Column Portrait) report.

4. Move the students from the Selection List ot the Selected List.

5. Click View Report.

6. This report will honor parent preferences on information blocking so if a parent blocks their phone number for example, it will not appear on this report.

View Family Portal through a student's information page

1. In FACTS, click the Hamburger Menu at top left and click Students.

2. Select any student on the left.

3. On the student information page, in the Family Portal section, click on Family Portal. 

4. You will be in that student's Family Portal page.

5. Click Directory on the left.
