Parent Alert

Some cell phones aren't set up to receive text and voice notifications. RenWeb informed me to let parents know that if they are not receiving texts and voice messages, they should text the word Start to 22383. If they get an Access Denied message, they should contact their cell provider and ask them to enable Short Code Messaging for their cell number.
