Print Report Cards for Your Class

If you want to print a Report Card for students in your class, there are a two options.

Print individual student Report Card

1. Go to Students (New)

2. Select the student

3. Click on Report Card in the far right column

4. At this screen, you can view different term report cards

5. You can also click the Printer icon to print a specific quarter report card

6. Right click on the page and select print.

Print an entire class of Report Cards

1. Go to Report Manager

2. Select Academics

3. Select Report Card (Web)

4. At the bottom of the screen, choose the Term you wish to print

5. Click the double arrow (>>) to move all your students from the selection list to the selected list. NOTE: you can move individual students and/or use the filter to just move certain students.

6. Click Print

7. At the next screen, click Print Report Cards

8. Choose the applicable template based on your grade level:

   1. ECC: SLA-TX/SLA-TX_PK-K.cfm

   2. 1st-6th: SLA-TX/SLA-TX_1-6.cfm

   3. 7th-8th: SLA-TX/SLA-TX_7-8.cfm

9. Click Print

10. It will take a few seconds to generate and when finished, you will see all the selected student report cards. Right click on the page and select print. If you are printing an ECC report card, make sure you select Portrait in the print settings. All others should choose Landscape.
